How many of you counselors use Google Forms? I would like to think many of you do, but I'm not too sure. I found that while in the U.S. the technology, while available, was not utilized. I have seen it gain popularity with many of you to save time and calculate data immediately.
I have used Google Forms in many ways throughout my time here in Korea, but my favorite use of it is to track behavior. I have started using it to track antecedents and triggers for certain students.
As you may or may not know, Google Forms will automatically calculate your data from all of the responses. One quarter of tracking behavior and a button click away told me that one of my kinder students needs extra attention. More than 70% of his behaviors were due to attention seeking behaviors. This is interesting as there were lots of guesses, like sensory issues, that haven't been the case at all.
What ingenious ways are you using Google Forms?
