Finding applicable professional development for counselors can sometimes be difficult. There are many I've seen across the world, but sometimes my budget doesn't work with what I'd like to learn (Oxford workshop on college admissions around the world, Counselor Training Center, IB workshops, ISCA conferences and ASCA state conferences).
I am thankful for ASCA U for this reason. Not only there are low cost PD sessions offered, but a certificate as well. ASCA also offers free webinars, which I have also learned from. I would love to have more resources for online school counselor PD. If you know of any, please let me know!
